How To Buy Land With No Credit

I came upon an video from a popular homesteader that I follow that mentioned how to buy a piece of land or home with no credit or bad credit. I was more worried about just finding the right piece of land. Not only did we get a homestead, we got a flat area, an upper tier of forest, a creek and a spring! Granted it needs work, and it has a few trees that need to be felled but it's ours.

Now we got a small mountain of our own. Inspired by Becky of Becky's Homestead I learned that it was possible to rebuild a new life and get some land for our future. This is her video and at first I thought it must be a lie. She must be crazy. It can't be true. Could we build a homestead. But in the end she was right. There were lots of companies who could help us!

Not only did we get an acre to build our homestead on, but we got 18 acres in a lease to own contract with no credit check and just a small amount of money down. We are now three months into our lease to own and we are preparing to build a home there. After we put a nice deposit down, our payment is so cheap, I am not kidding!!! But there are companies out there who are not asking much. One was asking only $500 down. Imagine that, less than a month's rent to start your future homestead.

I am not even sure where this is on our property yet but I hear there is a spring. We tried to find it but it's so much land we can't even find it yet. We did find our creek though! There is part of it and it's in a beautiful area where I plan to put some chairs and a bonfire pit.

We wanted to get away from the rat race and start over with a new debt free life. I am not lying we signed our papers and drove 2 states over to see it and make sure it was real. We did it! We accomplished the first step and so can you!

I hope this gives you hope for the future. I will try to make some videos to show you that we are telling the absolute truth. It is possible to find a beautiful place to call home in your future. I will share the place we got property through and point to some of the other companies we also considered.

If you think life is over just because of some small difficulties in life, trust that God has more in plan for you than you ever imagined. Don't give up because of problems you can get past. God gave us 80 times the amount of property we had before. And we will have it paid off in a fraction of the time. Don't give up! Life is there to be lived. And perhaps on a beautiful homestead.
